AI Photo Scanning

Tap "AI Scan" on any box, take a photo of the contents, and BoxQR's AI detects what it sees and suggests items for your inventory list.

No typing required. No manual entry. Just photograph what's in the box and confirm what the AI found.

It works on new photos during box creation or on existing photos already saved to a box. Duplicate image detection means the same photo is never re-processed.

Full-Text Search Across Everything

Search your entire inventory from one bar. BoxQR searches box names, descriptions, locations, item names, and tags simultaneously — and returns results ranked by relevance.

On mobile, if exactly one result matches, it navigates there automatically. On web, live autocomplete surfaces results as you type.

It searches your boxes and every box shared with you in the same query.

Family Sharing (Pro)

Share any box with anyone by email. Choose read or write permission per person. Shared boxes appear in their BoxQR account automatically — even if they haven't signed up yet, the share links the moment they do.
